U.S. Bank ReliaCard Visa

Cardholders, for account information visit reliacard.com. For customer service or to report a lost or stolen card, please call 866-276-5114.

The U.S. Bank ReliaCard Visa is a cost-effective funds transfer solution available to government agencies with recurring disbursements. The agency transfers funds to the card, and cardholders use it everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted worldwide.
Valuable benefits include:

  • Easy to establish - U.S. Bank provides government agencies with all of the necessary materials. Contact us today for more information.
  • Cost savings - reduces disbursement expenses by replacing costly paper checks with an efficient electronic payment solution. Customers avoid the high cost of check-cashing facilities.
  • Automatic approval - No customer credit approval or bank account is required.
  • Visa acceptance - Welcome everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted worldwide, as well as most ATMs.
  • Convenience - Recurring government agency payments are automatically loaded to the card via ACH, so there's no need to cash or deposit a check, no waiting for a check in the mail and no trips to the bank or check-cashing locations.
  • Security - If the card is lost or stolen, the funds are protected with Visa's Zero Liability policy. Cardholders can only access the funds transferred to the card, so there is no risk of debt or interest to pay.
  • Track spending - Customers receive a detailed monthly account statement.

To determine if your government agency qualifies for the ReliaCard Visa or for other program development questions, please contact us.
