How do I get a personal ID and password? |

To obtain your personal ID and password, go to the U.S. Bank Internet Banking login page and "Enroll Now". Once you have selected this option, prompts will be given to complete the enrollment process. While selecting your personal ID and password, you will want to have your U.S. Bank business checking account number, Check Card number or ATM Card number and corresponding PIN available. What if someone already chose my personal ID? |

You will need to choose a personal ID that is unique. If you receive the message that a particular personal ID has already been chosen by another U.S. Bank customer, try another combination of numbers and/or letters and submit the enrollment again. |

How do I change my password? |
| A: |
Once you have logged into your Internet banking session, select the "Change Password" link displayed on the Account Summary screen. Your Internet banking password can also be changed by going to the Customer Service Center and clicking on the "Change Your U.S. Bank® Online Password" link. In both instances, you will be prompted to enter your existing password, then your new password twice for confirmation purposes. Click the "Submit" button. A confirmation message will be displayed indicating that your password change has been accepted. |

No, each employee enrolls separately in U.S. Bank Internet Banking and will select their own personal ID and password. |
